Q&A with Marianna

Q&A with Marianna

Hello everyone and happy Thursday! Today's post is a collaboration with my bestie, Marianna. You guys know her well already, I mention her all the time! Over the holiday season last year, she picked up this awesome Q&A journal for herself and also got one for me :) The journal is a 5 year one and it has a question for every day of the year. The idea is that you fill it out every day and then year to year you can see how your answers change and evolve. The questions are a variety of short and long, silly and thought-provoking. So... we decided it would be fun to each pick out 7 questions and share each others answers on our blogs. Here are the questions that I picked out:

If you could have a superpower just for today, what would it be?
L:  Flying- I think for just one day, that would be the most fun
M: Healing- I’ve always wanted that as my superpower.

Write down a minor, but chronic, problem.
L:  My car is never completely clean. I have no ability to keep it “new car” clean.
M: I trash my desk one day after I’ve cleaned it. Sometimes sooner. Happens every time.

If your mood were a weather forecast, you’d be _____?
L: I’m usually in a happy/chill kinda mood so I’d be a crisp fall day, hoodie weather. But I can turn cold pretty quickly.
M: 90% of the time I’m in a very mellow, but happy mood. So I would probably be a sunny mid-autumn evening.

Who would you trade places with for just one day?
L: The Queen (who doesn’t want to be queen for a day?)
M: I’ve actually filled this out in my journal a few months ago and my answer was “Jennifer Lawrence”, but considering the recent scandal I take that back. I think I’m going to go with Nina Dobrev—she seems to always do fun things, is very positive, and who WOULDN’T want to be on set with Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley?!

If you could acquire a talent (without any extra effort), what would it be?
L: I would love to be able to play the violin.
M: Drawing comics.

What are you a geek(nerd) about?
L:  Video Games, comic books, techie stuff
M: Books and movies, but particularly anything fantasy-related.

Name one item you can’t throw out.
L:  My hard drives full of photos and old emails
M: Old photos and postcards.

Such fun questions! I think it will be really interesting to see how my own answers change. I can already tell how much my answers have changed since the beginning of the year! The journal is still available on amazon, if you are interested in joining in on the fun.

Make sure you check out Marianna's post here to see our answers to the 7 questions that she picked out!
